Project Challenges & Solutions
Owner / Architect were looking for a simple but taller fascia to be used in conjunction with the larger projection canopy, and post spacing. We had to add in some extruded pieces to wrap the underside and get rid of any gaps / spaces between the fascia and the framing to complete the overall look.
Installation Process
General contractor had plans to drain the water into underground, so we built in an internal drainage component that could tie into pvc below grade. Install of posts and beams occurred prior to the top pad so they could tie in those drains, as well as hide the plates and anchors.
