Project Overview
Orgill Concept Center is located in Colliersville, TN. Pierre Construction installed over 400 individual ACM panels on the east and south elevations of the building. This is a system of “wet-seal” ACM panels, which means the panel joints are caulked with DOW 795 sealant to protect from water intrusion.

Project Challenges & Solutions
Challenge: The biggest challenge with this project was simply due to the size of the scope and being 7 hours from our shop.
Solution: Effective communication between all parties (install team, shop fabrication team, GC stakeholders)
Installation Process
- Site visit prior to installation for panel dimension measurements
- Custom fabrication of panels in our shop with CNC machine
- Field install continuous extrusions to perimeter of panels
- Panel installation with clip to extrusion system
- Caulk all panel joints to ensure water tight system
