Vented Aluminum Composite Canopy Panels In Savannah, GA
Tempo Hotel
Project Overview
Straight forward framed out canopy with aluminum composite panels on the face and soffit, except that the face needed to be curved in a tight radius, at the bottom and vented.
Location: Savannah, GA
Completion Date: Spring 2026
General Contractor: Pinkerton and Laws
PCG Project Manager: Jesse Rose
Challenges and Solutions
The tight radius, added venting within the acm panel itself, and use of a metallic anodized gold color, which is not very forgiving. The radius did need to be broken off from the flat fascia, but was possible with a smaller width between joints. The vernting was done via the CNC machine, and turned out really nice.
Results
The color was unforgiving but it looked really good in the end.
