Falcon Parkway Buildings 100 & 200

Project Overview

Falcon Parkway Buildings 100 & 200 is a two-building industrial development totaling 575,100 square feet, strategically located less than one mile from I-985 in Flowery Branch, Georgia. PCG was selected to design, fabricate, and install multiple exterior architectural systems, including dock canopies, custom aluminum accent bands, and cantilevered aluminum entrance canopies.

Despite the project's size and complexity, PCG completed installation in just two weeks per building, maintaining the construction schedule while delivering precision-engineered architectural solutions.

Location: Flowery Branch, GA
Completion Date: February 2026
Project Duration: Approximately 2 Weeks per Building
General Contractor: The Conlan Company
Architect: Randall Paulson Architects
PCG Project Manager: Blake Dodson

Fabrication Strategy

To maximize efficiency and minimize installation time, PCG employed a proactive prefabrication strategy. Following comprehensive field measurements, components were fabricated off-site to the greatest extent possible before delivery. Final field modifications were limited to ensure a precise fit while maintaining installation efficiency.

This hybrid fabrication approach provided several key advantages:

  • Accelerated installation schedules
  • Improved quality through controlled shop fabrication
  • Precision field integration for an exact fit

By combining advanced prefabrication with strategic on-site customization, PCG delivered a high-quality installation that met both architectural and scheduling objectives.

Equipment & Site Coordination

Successful installation required detailed planning and coordinated equipment access across the active construction site.

Equipment utilized included:

  • Boom lifts and variable-reach forklifts (lulls) for the installation of sunshades and cantilevered entrance canopies
  • Scissor lifts for efficient installation of dock canopies throughout the truck courts

Careful coordination allowed all systems to be installed safely, efficiently, and on schedule with zero disruption to adjacent construction activities.

Custom Fabrication Highlights

A defining feature of this project was the seamless integration of two distinct architectural systems:

  • Open-frame aluminum sunshades spanning the storefront glazing
  • Solid-frame cantilevered aluminum canopies at the primary entrances

PCG engineered a continuous transition between these contrasting systems, preserving the architect's design intent while ensuring structural performance and visual continuity. The finished façade delivers a clean, cohesive appearance that enhances both the building's functionality and architectural character.

Project Outcome

The completed installation provides:

  • Durable, weather-protective dock canopies
  • Architectural shading that contributes to improved energy performance
  • Distinctive entrance canopies that enhance the overall building façade

Falcon Parkway Buildings 100 & 200 showcases PCG's ability to deliver large-scale industrial projects through expert engineering, precision fabrication, and efficient installation—executing complex architectural systems with exceptional speed, quality, and attention to detail.
