The Tradition Continues: Our Signature Seasonal Gifts for Our Long-Standing Business Clients
Serving Up Holiday Cheer with Our Distinctive, Hand-made Trays
In a holiday tradition that began 23 years ago, PCG will again share its now-famous trays during the first two weeks of December.
What's the big deal about a tray? Well, this tray is handmade in our shop and personally stocked with goodies by the PCG team, and comes with PCG coffee mugs.
These trays have become quite popular and are often sought after by our clients’ employees, who make sure to stake their claim on them or, in some cases, must enter raffles to see who gets to take the tray home that year.
Once each tray has found a home, they make great serving dishes, grilling trays, and more. While the design has evolved slightly over the years, starting as a piece of galvanized brake metal, they are now fully welded with 1/8-inch aluminum construction. This year’s custom-made trays measure 15 ½” x 18”.
PCG coffee mugs also accompany each tray, and many of our clients have entire cabinets full of them after receiving them for consecutive years. Some of the mugs are so old and have been washed so many times that the PCG logos have worn off completely.
This year, we wanted to take you behind the scenes to show you just how these trays are made.

How Many Trays Have Been Made and Delivered?
PCG Christmas trays by the numbers:
- Over 1,200 trays made and delivered since 2002
- 4,800 PCG coffee mugs have been given away
- 10,000 muffins and 14,400 cookies (all store-bought) were included on the trays
This year, PCG will make and deliver a record number of trays to our clients. We have even figured out how to ship them out of town to continue showing our gratitude to our growing clientele nationwide.
If you collaborated with PCG on several projects in 2025, keep an eye out in the next week or two for your tray and let us know what you think!
