During one of the first projects with Pierre Construction Group and Project Manager Keenan Hale, an issue with the lighting specification was discovered. The client's selection was not a weatherproof light fixture as required for the specified canopy. Keenan collaborated directly with Catamount and the client to provide several mockups that showcased how we could seal the fixtures while maintaining the client's expectations of the look. Keenan went above and beyond with multiple rounds of mockups and updated the details to ensure the client's expectations were met and exceeded. Catamount could not have succeeded in overcoming this problem without the help and diligent support of Pierre Construction Group and Keenan.
In another construction project in Forsyth County, there were multiple requests from the AE team to update the design with details that are not typical of an entry canopy for a tilt warehouse building. Again, Keenan brought a custom mockup to the site and worked directly with Catamount, the design team, and the client to achieve the design intent that exceeded the final look's expectations. The changes underwent numerous rounds of custom-type adds to get us to the finish line. Once the canopies were installed, the architect inspected the site, was incredibly proud of the finished product, and praised Pierre Construction Group and Keenan for exceeding his expectations.
