Since joining Pierre Construction Group as Yard Manager in 2021, Bennett ensures materials are delivered per order specifications to our shop and then delivered from our shop safely and undamaged to the clients' job sites.
Bennett enjoys working with everyone at PCG in their different capacities. He consistently is looking for new ways to bring value as a team member and is dedicated to expanding his knowledge of metal fabrication on a daily basis.
Bennett earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from The College of Coastal Georgia.
Outside work, he enjoys working out, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
He finds inspiration in Marc Anthony's well-known quote: "Do what you love, and you will never work a day in your life."

Since joining the leadership team at Pierre Construction Group in 2014, Blake has been a reliable resource for our clients. He's known for his proactive approach to meeting project deadlines. Blake's commitment to helping clients use the most durable and effective products to enhance their projects has earned their trust. They have learned to depend on him to turn their concepts into physical realities.
He earned his bachelor's in marketing from Georgia College and State University.
Blake enjoys playing golf and traveling with his family when he's not working.
Some of Blake's favorite inspiration comes from Walt Disney: "Whatever you do, do it well. Do it so well that when people see you do it, they will want to come back and see you do it again, and they will want to bring others and show them how well you do what you do."

Cameron Tedone

As an Advanced CAD Technician for Pierre Construction Group since 2024, Cameron prioritizes detail, accuracy, and clarity when working on a drawing. He finds the variety of designs interesting and challenging as he helps make a project a reality. His favorite designs involve creating 3D models because it adds an extra visual impact to the drawings.
Cameron earned an associate of applied science in drafting technology from Gwinnett Technical College.
Outside work, he likes to play board games with friends, read books, work on puzzles, and play video games.
A guiding principle in Cameron's life is "Whatever you are doing, work at it with your whole soul."

Casey Wise

Casey joined Pierre Construction Group in 2019. As a Project Manager, he focuses on three priorities for every client project: scope, time, and cost.
Casey finds the most enjoyable part of his position in the opportunity to lead and solve problems for our clients. His adept problem-solving skills instill confidence in our clients. He also enjoys the team chemistry and communication with the other project managers at PCG.
Before joining PCG, Casey was self-employed for 18 years. This experience provided him with the hands-on skills to manage, fabricate, install, and fully complete projects from start to finish, making him a valuable addition to our team.
Although he's an avid Georgia Tech fan, he studied Construction Science at Georgia Southern University. He has played ALTA and USTA tennis for about 25 years and coaches his son's baseball team.
When he was self-employed, his father inspired him by telling him, "Whatever it takes to get the job done, do it.”

Collins Westcott

Collins joined Pierre Construction Group in 2005 and has been part of the family business's leadership team since. In 2020, he assumed the role of president and its responsibilities. His extensive experience as a project manager and vice president for 15 years provided a solid foundation for leading the company. His daily focus is on being a client resource, responsive to their needs, and making their jobs easier by working on their projects with us.
Collins finds the fast-paced nature of the construction industry and the variety of projects challenging, exciting, and energizing.
Collins earned a bachelor's in civil engineering from Georgia Tech.
When he's not working, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and following his two favorite soccer teams, Atlanta United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Collins firmly believes in Pierre Construction Group's philosophy and core values, which support their work-life balanced culture. He follows his father's advice: "There is no substitute for hard work, and it doesn't cost a thing to be nice." This commitment to the company's values is evident in his daily interactions with team members, clients, and partners.

Jason's daily focus is on employee safety and operational excellence. He prioritizes supporting the positive company culture at Pierre Construction Group. He works to instill confidence in all team members by providing proper training and being available to listen to and understand their questions and concerns.
When he was hired in 2015, Jason was a production manager for seven years. He has been the operations manager since 2022.
He earned his bachelor's in business administration from the University of West Georgia.
Jason loves music and has played guitar for 35 years. He enjoys being outdoors.
His favorite inspirational quote comes from Tony Robbins, "All growth starts at the end of your comfort zone."

Jesse likes to be known as the "easy" button, which often means he will do what others will not to help our clients. Since joining Pierre Construction Group in 2006, Jesse has thrived on collaboration. He enjoys working with clients and team members, valuing their input and ideas, resolving issues, and fostering the best possible working relationships.
He earned his bachelor's in marketing and economics from Western Illinois University.
For many years, Jesse and his wife have spent time riding their motorcycles in the north Georgia mountains.
Jesse learned at an early age that it's not the problems that define you; it's how you handle them. This belief has been a guiding principle, making him a reliable problem-solver.

Joel earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration accounting and finance from Georgia State University.
He and his family are passionate fans of sci-fi and fantasy movies, books, and games.

As Human Resources Coordinator, Katie supports our team members by creating a positive, productive, and supportive work environment. She enjoys helping others on an individual level and solving complex problems as the need arises. Since 2009, Katie has been a valuable part of our company's success.
She studied business and sociology at Georgia Southern University and earned her SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management) certification.
Outside of work, she attends concerts and music festivals. She also likes crafting and taking walks with her dog.
Her personal philosophy is "to face the music when it plays, not a moment before. Stressing about something before it happens, and you're in no position to act on that stress, puts you through the event twice unnecessarily."

Keenan joined Pierre Construction Group (PCG) in 2018. He knew that the company’s success was built on serving clients and customers well.
He has worked to develop a positive reputation and is committed to building strong, lasting relationships by following The Golden Rule…”treat others the way you want to be treated.” He prioritizes transparency, clear communication and trustworthiness and takes pride in getting referrals from clients he has worked with previously.
Keenan earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Georgia (UGA). When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, staying active and spending time outdoors.

Lewis Porter
FACILITIES MANAGER

As Facilities Manager for Pierre Construction Group starting in 2024, Lewis' top priority for our clients is delivering quality architectural metal products on schedule with precision installation. To help manage these priorities, he keeps the shop equipment operating at optimal performance.
While relatively new to the architectural metal industry, Lewis enjoys learning how the equipment operates and seeing the team's final results.
He enjoys traveling, golfing, and boating when he's not working. He is also an avid gardener and maintains 150 different varieties of plants in his yard, including two large Japanese Maples, a Snowball Bush (Viburnum), Hydrangeas, Roses, Summersweet Clethra, Chinese Peony, Native Azalea, ferns, Dogwoods, and Japanese Dogwoods.
Lewis follows this advice he received from his dad, "Always be positive and supportive of those around you because you never know when you might need theirs."

Nestor Vega

Since 2014, Nestor has worked his way up into his current leadership role as Pierre Construction Group's Production/Shop Manager. One of his top priorities is maintaining good morale in the shop so the team remains motivated to complete projects on time and meet the client's timeframes. When project managers communicate project changes, Nestor knows he can rely on his team to make the changes accurately and continue to support meeting our clients' expectations.
Mutual respect and genuine concern are important to Nestor. He remains open to receiving and sharing suggestions and opinions and encourages others to do so as well.
Nestor enjoys spending time with his family, playing bass guitar, and watching soccer. His personal motto is "You must believe in yourself even when nobody else does."

Pedro Escarfullery

He enjoys being a Project Manager because his responsibilities often involve learning new things and meeting new challenges, demonstrating his adaptability and problem-solving skills.
Before joining Pierre Construction Group in 2024, Pedro honed his skills and knowledge in the industry. He gained valuable experience by working for over a decade in home building, remodeling, and residential project management.
Pedro earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Fisher College.
When he's not working, Pedro spends time with his wife and three children enjoying movie nights, spontaneous dance parties, family vacations, and sharing stories.
Pedro is inspired by Denzel Washington's quote, "Nothing in life is worthwhile unless you take risks."

Terri has been a trusted advisor for the Pierre Construction Group leadership team since 2018. Her top priorities are keeping the financials accurate for informed decision-making, working with other PCG leaders in their respective roles, and creating a happy, healthy, collaborative work environment.
Terri earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega, GA.
Terri likes to travel with her husband and friends and spend time with her two grandsons at the park or baking.
