Aluminum Composite Material Panel Installation

Why Choose ACM Panels?

Modern architectural designs demand perfectly flat, durable surfaces with clean lines and lasting finishes. ACM panels deliver this by combining two aluminum sheets with a thermoplastic core, preventing the oil-canning and surface irregularities common in standard sheet metal. Every panel comes with a 20-year finish warranty, ensuring your vision stands the test of time.

Our Advantage: Speed and Precision

While others rely on automated scanning systems with 4-6 week lead times, our expert team hand-measures every project. This meticulous approach allows us to deliver and install your custom-fabricated panels in just one week from field measurement. When your project timeline matters, our boutique service approach makes the difference.

Two Installation Systems to Match Your Design Intent

We recommend the wet-seal system, but can also provide a rain-screen system.

Aluminum Composite Panels Wet-Seal Projects

  • Trellis, ACM Panels, and Standing Seam Roofing in Atlanta, GA 30305

The Park Place on Peachtree is a condo tower that has undergone a major renovation facelift in 2024. This included a whole new pool/amenity area and a new main entrance to the building. PCG installed 2 new aluminum and wood trellis structures in the amenity area and also the standing seam roofing and ACM panels on the new front entrance canopy.

  • Reynobond Aluminum Composite Panels and Sunshades in Covington GA

The Courtyard Marriott in Covington GA included aluminum composite panels, sunshades, canopies, and custom supports for overhangs all closely match in color finish.

  • Wet-Seal ACM Panels in Colliersville, TN

Orgill Concept Center is located in Colliersville, TN. Pierre Construction installed over 400 individual ACM panels on the east and south elevations of the building. This is a “wet-seal” ACM system which means panels joints are caulked with DOW 795 sealant to protect from water intrusion.

  • Aluminum Composite Panels in Covington GA

Evans General Contractors built a new high-production facility for Archer Aviation, an up-and-coming electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft manufacturer. This facility will be used to produce their aircraft in an emerging market. Our portion of the project was aluminum composite panels around the top and sides of the production building, as well as an extruded aluminum “wavy wall” louver system to be attached outside the curtain wall of the main office entrance. The intent was to create the illusion of a wave, using straight tubes, projecting out at specific and various lengths.

PCG has a standard 2 year installers warranty.  The Kynar Paint Finish warranty is 20 years.

Yes wet seal ACM is a fully enclosed watertight system.

No. ACM is designed to provide a large, flat, metal surface without oil-canning.

Yes. We use a system of Z-girts in conjunction with various insulation products to achieve an insulated system outside of exterior sheathing?

ACM material typically comes in 62”x196” (5’x16’) sheets which is the largest panel you can make. We do not recommend panels this large as they are difficult to handle onsite.

Because of the high cost of ACM sheets, it is best to maximize the usage of each sheet. Efficient panel sizes include: 5’x8’, 4’x8’, 2.5’x4’, 2’x4’

ACM material itself is 4mm thick while the complete fabricated panel system is typically 2”.

Rain-Screen System

For projects requiring specific aesthetic outcomes:

  • Modern appearance with deep reveal joints
  • Integration with building envelope waterproofing systems
  • Ideal for designs requiring concealed joints
  • Specialized detailing at material transitions

  • Custom Fabricated ACM Panels in Atlanta, GA 30319

The Marist library is located in Atlanta, Ga. Pierre Construction fabricated and installed over 200 ACM panels on all the sides of the exterior expansion. The ACM system used for this project is a rain-screen system which has an ACM spline between all panel-to-panel joints.

  • Rain Screen Aluminum Composite Panels in Columbia, SC

Project Tiger/CFA Supply Columbia is a distribution warehouse facility for Chick-Fil-A located in West Columbia, SC. Pierre Construction had several different scopes on this project: bullnose dock canopies, ACM panels, wall hung canopies and a large, extruded aluminum post supported canopy.
