Located in East Point, GA, this state-of-the-art distribution center showcases 4,875 square feet of sleek ACM panels accenting the cornice and two prominent entrance canopies. The building also features 321 linear feet of pre-fabricated aluminum sunshade systems, enhancing both aesthetics and energy efficiency. At the guardhouse, 940 square feet of standing seam roof panels and modern aluminum flush panel soffits add to the architectural appeal. Multiple low-profile bullnose canopies over personnel doors provide a clean, functional finish—blending form and function throughout the facility.

Technical Specifications
- Aluminum Composite Panels (ACM) at Entrance Canopies and Cornice: 4mm Alpolic “FR” ACM in a BNT White color option, and CVG Gray.
- Pre-Fabricated Aluminum Sunshades: Pre-fabricated by PCG out of extruded aluminum components in smaller section to install as 1 system Color: Anodized Metallic Powder-Coat
- Bullnose Canopies Over Personnel Doors: Roll-formed gutter and canopy panels with a baked-on enamel finish. The bullnose fascia is fabricated from .032 aluminum with a Kynar 500 finish. Colors: White Canopy Panels, Dark Bronze Perimeter Gutter, Matte Black Bullnose Fascia.
- Standing Seam Metal Roof and Soffit Panels at Guardhouse: 24ga PAC-CLAD “Snap-Clad” roof panels with rib spacing at 16” O.C., over ice and water shield. The soffit panels consists of .032 PAC-CLAD “Vented Flush Panels” with seam spacings at 12” O.C. Colors: PAC-CLAD’s Charcoal and Stone White options.
- Wind Rating: Engineered to meet 115 mph wind loads.
